Inclusive Design

"Inclusive Design is a methodology, born out of digital environments, that enables and draws on the full range of human diversity. Most importantly, this means including and learning from people with a range of perspectives"

To summarise, Inclusive design is a process which ensures a product/service or environment accessible to as many people as possible. The Inclusive design approach is finding a solution which fits everyone.

What did I learn?

Inclusive Design is...

• No need for specialist adapatations
• Design in respect to disability, ability, language, culture and other forms of human difference
• Accessible and suitable for everyone
• Enabling everyone to participate "equally and confidently"
